Havas STREET is hiring (1) Part-Time Field Specialist – based in either Fresno or Bakersfield - to represent a major beer portfolio for an ongoing on/off-premise sampling program. The ideal candidate has prior management experience in the adult beverage industry and in overseeing an event schedule and BAs in order to create/promote brand awareness throughout the markets listed below. Market Area: Fresno, Bakersfield, and any surrounding suburbs. Start & end date: ASAP – October 1, 2021 Weekly salary: Depends on experience + mileage/phone/internet stipends | W2 Employee Responsibilities: • Serve as primary point of contact/liaison across all brand ambassadors and client contacts • Manage all market events & tactics to include planning, sourcing, & scheduling according to program KPI’s • Will manage local storage unit which includes staff uniforms, giveaways and event assets • Approving and compiling event recaps, event photos and key event data into daily, weekly, and monthly reports • Responsible for managing brand ambassadors across all markets, to include recruiting, training, and staffing/scheduling • Budget compliance and payroll management • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with local sales reps and distributors; manage local market accounts • Attend & spot check brand ambassadors at sampling events; willing to step in as Brand Ambassador when needed MUST: • Be local to either Fresno or Bakersfield • Have 3+ years previous management exp. in the liquor/beer field • Be able to work up to 29 hours/week, especially on nights/weekends/holidays as per market needs • Have a reliable vehicle and access to a computer & smartphone • Subject to background check and proof of clean driving record • Familiarity with local compliance laws is a plus To apply, respond with your name and a current resume!
