Electrical issue for laser engraver

Looking for someone who knows about electrical issues with small electronics and how to diagnose/ repair issues. Our laser engraver won’t turn on which I believe is just a wiring issue. In addition to that the laser power supply is faulty I believe as it doesn’t seem to give the engraver enough power to engrave wood/material
