Full Time: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm General Field Laborer to join our Team. Must be a Reliable, On Time, Hard Working Self Starter. No experience necessary, willing to train, but the ideal candidate would have some experience in underground and with hand tools. Applicant must have a Valid Driver’s License, willing to travel to & from jobsites out in the field. They must be able to pass a Background Check & Drug Screen. Responsibilities: All phases of Grading & Underground Utilities Wet & Dry including but are not limited to: • Perform general construction work under direction of Foreman/Supervisor out in the field • Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations, procedures and policies • Removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of Underground Construction materials – Must be able to lift 50 Pounds on your own • Hand dig using a shovel, Operate Equipment such as a Wacker, Roller, Jack Hammer and other Mechanical/Hand tools, Run a hose & Hand Pick Roots Etc. on Grading Jobs • Climb into/out of trenches and equipment (trucks, cars, backhoes, trenchers, etc.) • Operate or work Safely around heavy equipment and machinery • Maintain visual and audible contact with other crewman and all moving or stationary persons/vehicles/objects to ensure safe coordination of movement • Flagging/Traffic Control Set up & Take Down, during Street Work Other Required Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. • Must be able to perform the above responsibilities for at least 8 hours per day 5 days per week. During this time the employee will be standing, walking, climbing, balancing, crawling, crouching, lifting, holding or stooping while on shift • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions which can include but is not limited to: extreme heat and cold temperatures; inclement weather such as wind, rain and dust All interested applicants can submit their Resume by email or apply in person at 1315 Walnut Street, Ramona, CA 92065
