Layfield is looking for a dynamic laborer who will be responsible for supporting production of geothermal films into finished products. We need someone who is hardworking, willing to be a team player, willing to learn, punctual, able to follow directions, and has self motivation to get tasks done. Job Requirements:
* Ability to work 40 + hours each week
* Must be punctual

* Must have strong attention to detail
Minimum Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
* Experience in the fabrication of geosynthetic and industrial fabric materials or similar a plus.
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis
Work Schedule:
* Schedule from Monday - Friday
* Some weekends
* 1st or 2nd Shift
