Gardener / Landscaper: Looking for someone who wants a side job, weekday or weekend. Clean up leaves, weed removal, lay weed fabric, yard maintenance, transport landscape material. Ideally a truck owner but not limited to. $15/ hr Experience in artificial turf installation is a plus and will get paid more. Cash payment end of the day. Cleaning lady: Looking for a cleaning lady who's honest, fast, easy going, clean freak and has a great attitude. Prefer using natural cleaning material - I can provide as well. 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath house, 1400 sq ft. relatively small house. Will need you to perform basic cleaning in 2 showers, toilet cleaning, fold/ hang clean clothes, dusting, vacuum and mop, kitchen cleaning, make the bed. Occasionally I will need you to use the rug cleaner machine, upholstery machine to clean the chairs or clean the fridge. We have a small/ medium sized dog, he is super friendly but if you are scared of dogs - this isn't for you. Need someone once a week, open to weekday/ weekend. $15/ hr - cash payment end of the day Please send 2 references.
