HOUSEKEEPING We are currently recruiting for the full-time position of Custodial I. The qualified candidate will perform all phases of Housekeeping services, perform general cleaning operations in and near any designated building space, office, meeting rooms, and shops. Performing other janitorial duties such as dusting window sills and moldings; cleaning stairs, glass doors and panels; vacuuming and removing spots from carpets; wet mopping and buffing halls lobbies; cleaning and disinfecting drinking fountains; and washing solid areas of partitions, doors, and walls. Be an integral part of Sun City Palm Desert Community Association team by assuring that these facilities are kept in sparkling and top condition. Ensure that all support and service is conducted by trade code and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the standards, goals and objectives of the Community Association.
