Have to move, my cats need a new home

I am having to move out of state and can not take my cats with me. I am looking for someone to help me by giving them a good home or helping me find them a forever home. Missy is the black one, she is 14 and in great health. Sampson is the tan one, He is 6 and also in great health. I have vet records and they are both fixed and have supplies to go with them Please help.
