Due to high demand and growing interest in our services, we are looking for Telemarketers and Appointment Schedulers to join our team. This is an exciting position that is responsible for answering customer calls, booking services, and building relationships with people. About you: You’re outgoing, charismatic, and enjoy building personal and long-term relationships with your customers. You’re a self-starter and know how to meet deadlines, create results, and be proactive. In this role, you’ll: - Develop a solid understanding of our construction solutions - Use pre-written phone scripts to provide information about our company, solutions and financing options - Call and follow-up with existing and new customers to discuss the benefits of booking our services and cross-selling relevant services - Book appointments for consultations Skills and qualifications that you’ll bring to our team: - 1+ years of telemarketing, customer service or sales experience - Knowledge of the Dialer’s system - Prior experience in construction and/or home improvement preferred - Excellent customer negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills - A positive attitude and the ability to work well independently - A disciplined approach to work We support our team with the best.
