SOUTH BAY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT company has immediate openings for Maintenance Technicians. We are looking for experienced technicians to handle the duties of apartment turnovers and building maintenance. Required experience with: Knowledge of apartment maintenance Appliance installation Flooring and Tile Painting related Doors, windows and screens Lighting and plumbing fixtures, Minor Electrical and Plumbing Light demo, cleaning and hauling Handle emergency situations You must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable experience in the Apartment Maintenance industry, to apply. Have your own tools, reliable transportation, able to handle a demanding work schedule, insurable and a valid Calif. driver's License. EPA cert and OSHA certs are a plus.
