We are a Tier II OLCC licensed farm and we are looking for hard working employees to help us get to and through harvest. We start at $15/hour but will gladly bump it up based on performance. Employees must have an OLCC worker permit/handlers card in order to be considered. Job consists of-- Pruning and deleafing Training branches Hanging trellis netting onto T Posts Tying up branches (later in summer) Light irrigation duties (daily emitter checking) Weeding Hustle and reliability are the most important aspects we look for. We are looking for the right person to manage/maintain the garden and lead us into harvest. We want motivated people that we can count on and build our team around.
