I am an intuitive composer self-taught musician, multi-instrumentalist and arranger. It is said that it takes a zen master 40 minutes of meditation on average to enter Delta wave, but it is been recently discovered that in improvisational music composition, an artist can reach this state of mind in 10 minutes.
