NRS is 100% Employee-Owned and a leader in the rafting and kayaking industry. We have been in business almost 50 years. Our customers range from retail consumers to large dealers such as REI. We are staffed with over 130 people dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the best service possible when purchasing NRS branded products. Our team has a full-time Frame Shop position available. The NRS Frame Shop produces frames and related components used on inflatable boats. Our frames are made with aluminum pipe that is cut, bent and drilled to spec in large batches for normal production runs, with occasional custom work as needed. Welding and painting work needed for our frames is contracted out; these skills are not required for the position. A successful Frame Shop candidate is a motivated individual who: • Enjoys working in a shop environment • Has a high attention to detail and can consistently produce quality work • Is safety conscious • Works well with a team Previous shop experience is a plus, but not required.
