Custodian $16.50/hour Northwest Lineman College Meridian, ID. Primary Schedule: M-F, 4:30 pm to 1:30 am Total Compensation to include competitive salary, medical/dental/vision insurance, generous PTO, 401(k) with immediate vesting, annual bonus potential, and more Our Custodians ensure that our facilities look fabulous on a daily basis – for staff, students, visitors, and guests, The Custodian also demonstrates compliance with safety standards as they relate to cleaning and maintenance activities, ensures the campus maintains an adequate supply of cleaning and building maintenance products on hand at all times and maintains a regular and organized cleaning schedule What you’ll be doing: Ensure campus always looks perfect - without exception Work closely with Facilities Director on special projects Create and maintains a regular cleaning schedule Ensure adequate supplies are always stocked Operate equipment safely, adhering to all NLC safety standards Help set up and tear down for special events such as rodeo and graduation Required education & experience: High School diploma or GED Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience Personal characteristics: Ninja-like focus that allows you to redirect your attention quickly during frequent interruptions, while staying calm and collected.
