Responsibilities & Requirements:
-Must have knowledge in appliance repair, electrical, plumbing and all aspects of building maintenance. Must be HVAC certified.
-Minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar position
-Works 'hands on' as a team participant along with the maintenance team to ensure the community meets quality standards set by the Company
-Proof of a valid driver's license
-May require a rotation of working weekend and evening 'on call' emergency services
-Pre-employment background & drug test is required
