Core objectives: • Provide a highly sought-after workforce to major industry partners • Provide work to independent contractor technicians Assist in managing a warehouse and office activity for a group of sub-contracted technicians who work in a fast paced evolving industry. They receive web-based work assignments to provide quality in home appliance repair. Assistant tasks revolve around monitoring SAMSUNG authorized appliance repair system activity including but not limited to tracking customer inventory and returns, technician inventory and returns. Reports to the Maryland Field Service Manager onsite. Assist the Field Service Manager with: • Warehousing • Receiving • Scanning • Spreadsheet tracking • Database, website entry and tracking • Bin stocking • Return processing • Loading, unloading • Order to item matching • Pulling and preparing orders • Maintaining organizational workflow and clean workspace • Some errands and managerial tasks possible, primarily a warehouse position Hard Requirements: • Employment is contingent on passing a third-party drug screen and criminal background investigation • MS Office: (outlook, excel and word) proficiency • Schedule: 7am-5pm Mon-Fri is most typical. Sometimes the work is done early and we clock out early. We do whatever is required to meet workload demands. In the offhand chance of an emergency or a temporary schedule issue, we always step up to meet deadlines.
