Reassembly Technician : $70,000 Yearly earning potential At Xtreme Collision reassembly technicians have the opportunity daily to work with and be taught and trained by other technicians in our company. As a reassembly technician you will learn how to apply body filler, prep a vehicle for paint and repair or replace damaged components with a metal technician. Previous experience as a body tech helper or prepping vehicles for paint is a plus but not required. Benefits of a reassembly tech: • $50K / $70K- Team commission pay plan • Hands on training from “A” technicians to further advance your career • Opportunity for a 4 day work shift: 3 day weekends • Paid Holidays, Vacation and sick time • Job stability and potential to grow within the Company Responsibilities and job requirements of a Reassembly Tech: • Consistent and on time work attendance • Reassemble vehicle to pre-accident condition • Follow OEM requirements • Perform quality control checks • Provide value to the team and help in other departments as needed • Teamwork and communication skills • Maintain a clean work area • Ability to fit sheet metal • Ability to manage time efficiently • Must be detail oriented • Positive attitude • Dependable • Self- accountable • Integrity • Maintain a Monday-Friday 7:00am -5:30pm schedule ( potential for 4 day work week) 3 day weekend. • Must have tools for reassembly of vehicles ( Hand tools, Power tools and Specialty tools) • Must have valid drivers license Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and mange vehicle parts in excess of 50lbs • Work with a motivated pace Xtreme Collision : Family owned since 2002.
