Lead Mitigation Position

We are looking for an experienced candidate with water mitigation and mold remediation experience. This position is a leadership position in which you will be directly managing crews of 2-3 technicians. IICRC certification is welcomed but not required for the position. This job can be demanding and does require that you commit to an after hours/on-call schedule in which you will be taking the lead for all incoming assignments for that evening or weekend. This position's normal schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm but will require overtime when assignments come in during on-call schedule. You must also have a valid Driver's License and be comfortable driving box truck vehicles.
