We are looking for a skilled & experienced tree climber - arborist - to join our team at TLC Tree & Lawn Care. 4-5 days a week - Monday - Friday Great pay, people & perks! Desired Qualifications * Skilled in preferred climbing & pruning methods (ISA) * Remove trees safely & efficiently * Leader - can give directions & multitask * Communication - able to speak with clients & train others on our team * Sales - will recommend additional work needed to client and neighbors (potential clients) * ISA certification preferred but not required (higher pay will be offered if you have ISA) * Bucket Truck experience would be great too, but also not required. This is an amazing opportunity to help our business grow and become part of the leadership core in the future. We are a small, FUN, family-owned and run business based between Fort Collins & Loveland, off College Ave & Carpenter (392). The business offers complete Tree Care, including tree removals, pruning, stump removal, diagnosing conditions & recommendation to remedy them, fertilization, and planting new trees.
