PLENTY OVERTIME! GREAT PAY & BENEFITS! Make up to $1500+ a week!! ALL CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUNDS WELCOME! The construction laborer performs tasks involving physical labor at construction projects. The position may operate a variety of hand and power tools, jackhammers, mixers, and may clean and prepare sites, set braces to support the sides of excavations, clean up debris, and remove waste materials. The position may assist other craft workers. WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL? • Be able to lift to 75 lbs. frequently throughout the day. • Loading and unloading materials. • Carry materials and equipment on ground. • Clean and maintain equipment and area. • Hands on concrete work and repairs, and of different trowel down systems • Jack hammer operation WHY ARE YOU INTERESTED? • Starting pay of $18 per hour • Paid travel time, hotel, AND $35 daily food per diem. • LOTS of YEAR-ROUND work and Overtime Available. • Opportunity to learn, grow, and increase your earning potential. • Opportunity for advancement. • Health Insurance, Dental, Vision Care benefits. • 401K plan. • Free life insurance IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU? • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MUST be able to be cleared to drive a company vehicle). • Must be willing to travel 80+% of the time when local work is not available. • Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening. • Authorized to work in the US. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Concrete and/or epoxy experience preferred. • Strong commitment to safety. • Ability to endure extreme outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. • Must be willing and able to work and learn the concrete and epoxy installation trade plus!
