Schedule: (1st Shift) 8:00am - 5:00pm Hours: 40-45 wkly Duration: Temp to Perm Start: Immediate Scope of Work details: Flooring VCT/ carpet squares Door repairs Broken window board ups Drywall Painting Minor lock repairs Fixture replacement Countertop repairs Specific Experience Needed: Proficient in impact drills, drill motor, routers, circular saw, and operate them safely Basic skills on tape measure, drill & pat holes (fractional sized drills) / drywall anchors/ cement anchors Self-motivated Can complete tasks as delegated Bilingual (a plus) Tools Required: (Must have your own tools) Standard handyman tools - including but not limited to impact drills, drill motor, routers, circular saw, tape measure, cordless drills, hammer, wrenches, etc Please call Caitlin directly 813-968-0556.
