We're looking for part-time Production Associates to support our Nitro Cold Brew Production team in Beltsville, Maryland. You would be supporting the Nitro Cold Brew Production Lead in the completion of essential brewery tasks in order to produce Commonwealth Joe's most important products along with assisting delivery routes & maintenance stops when needed. Nitro Cold Brew is time sensitive so a reliable form of transportation and punctuality is critical. As you learn how to brew our product, you will learn the science of our methods and will be able to make adjustments where needed to maximize output and improve quality. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Our Delivery Drivers represent the Commonwealth Joe Coffee Roasters brand to key clients through the delivery of Nitro Cold Brew Coffee to wholesale & office accounts. In addition to delivering coffee, the Delivery Driver performs routine service and repairs to Nitro Cold Brew Coffee kegs and kegerators. The Delivery Driver works closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure each delivery or work order is completed in a timely fashion and with the highest quality service. Company vehicle & gas provided; no CDL needed, experienced drivers preferred. Distribute coffee and water ratios according to recipe. Transfer coffee into kegs, nitrogenate them, and prepare them for delivery. Clean and sanitize brewing equipment. Grind coffee beans. Clean and organize production space. Receive deliveries. Build and brand kegerators along with corresponding equipment. Troubleshoot and repair damaged equipment. Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor. Ensure coffee and machinery meets Commonwealth Joe quality standards at each and every delivery and maintenance stop. Diagnose, repair, and replace key parts of Commonwealth Joe coffee kegerators as needed at the client site. Problem-solve geographic and logistical complications as they arise. Maintain accurate delivery logs for every shift. Ensure all customer questions and concerns are accurately answered or routed to the best person to help the client. About You You are a team player and passionate about working with others to create something great. Punctual with a consistent work ethic. Diligent with a high attention to detail; this role consists of many repetitive tasks. Reliable form of transportation to get to our production facility. Energetic and flexible. Depending on demand, work can range from 8 to 12 hours on any given day. You find accomplishment through completing a list of concrete tasks within a deadline. You enjoy solving physical, mechanical problems. You maintain positive and professional relationships through providing excellent customer service. You are interested in learning and receiving on the job training in kegerator operations. You thrive in a flexible work culture while working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You are able to handle heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and are willing to physically load and unload vehicles.
