Commercial shopping center maintenance needed immediately for neighborhood shopping center. Start Immediately. Approximately 1-2 hours a day or about 10 hours per week sometimes more depending on special projects. Clean & empty trash cans Mon-Sat, pick up around property, change lights, clean cobwebs from windows/lights, keep vacancies clean, graffiti removal, fix signs, report/remove unauthorized signs, blow and sweep walkways, some painting, basically be our "eyes and ears". Applicant needs to have dependable transportation (truck good but not necessary), have a Smart Phone to take photos, be able to lift up 50lbs, work on ladders up to 8', be motivated, take ownership, report to manager any abandoned cars and perform other work as requested from owners and property manager. Can be W-2 (pd 15th/EOM) or 1099 (pd weekly). Your choice. Phone interviews
