Job Description Paramount Siding & Windows works with homeowners to update their homes with new exterior products. We are growing, and we are looking for a new team member who has experience in the construction industry. We provide the necessary tools and equipment to complete your job successfully. Retractable screen install technicians complete installation of new retractable screen door units while following company standards and procedures. Responsibilities: • Complete assigned installation and service routes in an efficient manner. • Communicate with customers, coworkers, distributors, and suppliers. • Follow company inventory and tracking procedures. • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation daily. • Promote and practice proper safety procedures and correct use of company tools. Basic Requirements: • A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain proper attendance and punctuality standards. • Basic computer skills. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. • Must be self-directed, have strong interpersonal skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction. • Must possess a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Physical Requirements: • Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy items. • Capable of ascending/descending ladders and working in kneeling, crouching, or bending positions. • Able to work with hand and power tools. • Work in high places and noisy, hot, cold, or tight environments.
