Looking to hire an experienced painter for remodel of apartment units located in Lakeland, FL. We are a property management company based in Pinellas County that recently took over management of an apartment complex in Lakeland. We are remodeling units and seeking a painter to paint units during turnover. Pay will be per unit completed, and rate per unit determined at time of hiring. Pictures of previous painting work &/or references required. Must have own transportation, materials will be provided. Must have availability to complete assigned jobs in a timely manner.
