You're Invited to Yoga In Perry Park. Hello Neighbors! I'm Christina, HB native, mother of two and yogi. I've been practicing and teaching yoga for over ten years. I am 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified. I recently decided to add a 8 AM Saturday morning park class at Perry Park and would love to invite you! We meet right by the playground on the grass so anyone with kiddos is welcome to bring them along to play while we practice, or maybe they can join in. I will be teaching a vinyasa style flow, that is beginners to intermediate. Prior yoga practice is not required. I teach a challenging yet accessible class, that will leave you feeling energized for the weekend. Details are below. What: Neighborhood Vinyasa Yoga Where: Perry Park on the grass near playground When: Saturday mornings at 8 AM How Much: Donations Welcome but not required :) You will be asked to sign a liability / covid waiver before we begin, to ensure the safety of all.
