Opening for apartment maintenance technician for apartments. self starter, able to work independently on most projects but will need to work with others also. Turn apartments, trash out, punch ticket, clean for renting etc. Able to lift 60lbs, use hand tools, hold item overhead while securing in place. Maintain apartments, clean, fix plumbing, light electrical, carpentry. Maintain grounds, complete work orders, order parts, must be able to generate parts list.
