I can teach you if you do not already have the skill set! Pay adds up quickly for a low amount of work required! Pay by productivity not low hourly wage! Self-Management of time as long as job done by deadlines! They MUST: • Have a Cordless Drill and drill bits (we do not provide them) • Have A RELIABLE VEHICLE • Be able to be 5-10 minutes EARLY FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS • Be able to wear presentable attire and be cleanly when taking pictures or visiting occupied homes. • Have enough availability between 8-5pm for jobs. Most jobs done at the contractor's leisure during these hours. • Be able to self-manage. We only subcontract the job; they must do it by the deadline. • Must reliably answer your phone for status updates. What they will be required to do: • DRIVE FROM LOCATION TO LOCATION ON CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS • Drill out locks on abandoned houses and replace them. • Take photos of houses both abandoned and occupied. • General Handyman services like light change, dropping and setting up pumps for basement floods • Abandoned house clean out • Picking up and dropping off of materials • Wait at houses for the utility companies to send someone out to turn them on.
