Chip is just the cutest little kitten and now that he is getting neutered he is ready for his forever home. He has been fostered for the shelter by a volunteer since he was teeny tiny. FIrst he had to be fed with a bottle and he has grown into a handsome little kitten who loves to play and eat! He will be going to Petsmart next week but the foster is trying to find him a home before he has to go live in a cage...
