Entry-Level Prototype Mechanics will work on experimental vehicle builds built with brand new parts. This position also includes building vehicles from the ground up in an indoor shop environment. This full time Entry-Level Prototype Mechanics position offers an AM Day shift, PM Night shift plus Overtime when needed and is based out of Allen Park, MI. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Entry-Level Prototype Mechanics position below are strongly encouraged to apply. Day shift, Night shift and Overtime are available. Retirees and veterans are welcome. Shift Schedule: • AM Day shift: 6:45 am to 3:30 pm (Monday – Friday + OT as needed) • PM Night shift: 4:00 pm to 12:45 am (Monday – Friday + OT as needed) Pay: • 12 to $21/hr. (Depending on experience) Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 1 years' automotive technician / mechanic experience or equivalent military experience • Must have own tools with rolling tool box.
