Need help removing and throwing away stuff from apartment

We need help throwing away items left behind at an apartment. (Hours and date are flexible) It is not a ton of stuff but we also need help ripping out and removing the carpet in 3 small rooms. This would be a good job for a couple of friends. If you think you are interested in the job we are offering $100 for what we estimate to be a couple of hours of work. Thanks!
