Bear Staffing Services is seeking Warehouse Workers to join our team in the Allentown, PA area. Pay: $19.00/hr Shift: • Mon – Fri 10:30AM to 7:00PM plus OT • Sun-Fri 9:30PM to 6:00AM Job Responsibilities: • Identify package quality issues and address with management • Nearly stack and load packages by hand into trailer • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Operate a sit down forklift safely and efficiently • Unload floor stacked product from containers onto empty pallets Job Requirements: • Required to be on your feet 8 plus hours per day loading packages into a trailer • Lift up to 75 lbs (with partner lifting) • Work well in a fast-paced environment • Work in a team setting • Must pass National background check drug screen, and have a high school diploma • Must be willing to work overtime when needed Dress Code Requirements: • Belts must be worn • No athletic wear • Nothing with roles, rips, or tears • No visible body piercings • Tattoos must be covered • Shoes should be a neutral color, no bright colors or design patterns
