Kitten Needs New Home - Urgent

We found a stray kitten in our yard, and as much as we'd like to we can't keep him. We've treated him for worms and fleas, and have been keeping him inside and away from the heat, but we need to find him a new home before we leave for vacation in August. We had him scanned for a microchip but he didn't have one. He's extremely friendly, already knows how to use a litter box, and seems to crave attention. He'll climb up and purr on your lap and beg for pets, but still has a bit of the youthful kitten energy. He'll be an incredible addition to your household, and we honestly would keep him if we could. His rehoming fee is negotiable but I will be requiring one, to ensure that he's going to a good home and not used for some nefarious purposes. I would prefer his new home to keep him indoors.
