We are seeking to fill the position of Guard Shack Attendant. Successful candidates will possess good communication and customer service skills, strong work ethic and integrity. Experience in building related materials is preferred. Part time position with weekend availability needed and some evenings required. About Us: East Coast Lumber is a full-service professional lumber yard and building supply company in East Hampstead, NH, that has been Family owned and operated since 1976. Supplying local builders, remodelers, and homeowners. Along with lumber, we have also become a preferred supplier of Kitchen & Bath products, Builders Hardware, and Millwork for many in the area. Duties Include but are not limited to: • Assisting Customers who are entering and exiting the lumber yard. • Make sure customers are assisted by yard staff upon arrival • Make sure all paperwork and returns are being signed correctly and returned to the customer General Requirements: • You must have good reading, writing and comprehension skills. • You must have Positive attitude and outgoing personality. • You must have good directional skills. • The attendant must be authoritive and polite. • The attendant must be able to stand for relatively long periods of time. • You must have a general knowledge of building materials. • You must follow the dress code.
