Looking for Landscape skilled Craftsman and Tree service laborers to join our team! We are an established family owned business seeking positive, motivated, hard working individuals who want a career with growth potential in Tree Service and Construction. Jobs include full range of tree work and construction duties. Responsibilities: Provide Labor and skills to efficiently complete proposed construction installations and Tree service with the highest quality of work possible. Maintain company standards of workmanship and attitude. Maintain neat and clean job site, as well as trucks and equipment. Coordinate with Foreman/Laborer to achieve daily tasks at the shop and job site. Take Direction and work efficiently. Ask questions if unclear of process or assignment. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude. Maintain a safe work environment for all workers, at all times. Continually learn and strive to develop the full range of landscape skills. Learn and retain techniques and processes. Provide friendly customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications: Able to Lift up to 80 lbs consistently Valid driver license is a plus and must be insurable Reliable Job Specifications: (Not Limited to) Tree service : Labor and possible beginning climbing, chipper and some ground removals. Construction: Stone Walls, Patios, Water Features, Ponds, Entertainment Areas, Arbor Care, Lake Bank Stabilizations, Lighting for residential & commercial properties.
