Property management company looking for a maintenance technician to help service multiple commercial rental properties projects.
A general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, common sense and reliability is a must.
Own vehicle(preferably a truck or van)
A good amount of tools is a plus.
Will work alone primarily, with help as needed.
Will need to perform work orders as the come in through out the week day or called in the previous night.
Multiple position available.
