Need Someone to Install or Fix Unitrol Gas Valve on Water Heater

Looking to hire someone to do one of two things: Take apart the current Unitrol gas valve on my water heater and insert new lubricant into it and then reinstall it on the heater; or, Install a new Unitrol gas valve which I have purchased. Either one is fine with me I smelled gas in my garage yesterday and the man from SW Gas said dried up lubricant in the valve was the problem. Please reach out if you have skills in this area. Thanks.
