Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls.
• Call customers to schedule appointments.
• Take accurate and complete messages.
• File documents accurately.
Qualifications:
• Microsoft Office and Outlook experience a MUST.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
Applicant must be able to work independently, be a self-starter and willing to learn. This is a part-time position to start, with potential for full-time.
