Firefighter/Paramedic seeks roommate/babysitter/housekeeper with reliable transportation. Perfect for retiree! He has a 7 year old two alternating weeks per month. He has a 3 yr old the last weekend of each month. Needs someone to take the 7 yr old to school appx 6 to 8 days per month, and pickup at school. assist with overnight sitting appx 6 days per month. Also, assist with housecleaning, laundry, cooking as needed. Share a very nice 1250 sq ft. 3 bed/2 bath house with new AC, in a safe neighborhood. Includes private bedroom with closet (furnished with bed, dresser and smart tv, if needed)and private bathroom. Shared spaces include: living room, kitchen with all dishware/cookware/utensils,etc and refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and stove, washer and dryer, wooden back deck with grill and umbrella table/chairs, and a nice front porch. On street parking on a safe Cul De Sac. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! Please no pets. Non Smoker preferred. Background check required.
