Need to rehome pug/chihuahua mix

Frankie is approximately 5 years old, 17 pounds. We need to rehome her because we aren’t supposed to have her in our apartment. She is a very sweet dog, house trained, and does well with other small dogs or cats. She isn’t current on rabies. She did break one of her back legs on Christmas Day of 2018. She did receive medical care and I can get records and show photos of the X-rays if needed. She still uses the leg just fine and it does not cause her pain, it just looks a little funny. Her ideal home would be somewhere she can receive all the attention. She does well with all ages of children, including my son who is 1 and likes to yank on her tail when I’m not fast enough to prevent him from doing it. I will only meet in a public place, and she come with food, her bed, her crate, and some treats.
