This position will lead the Warehouse team members and processes for our Corporate Office. Primary Responsibilities: • Leading and developing warehouse employees and delivery personnel to deliver the highest level of unparalleled customer service in the industry. • Maintaining high levels of accuracy in daily operations and warehouse inventory. • Directing all operations including Receiving, Shipping, Warehousing, Distribution, and Staffing within the warehouse. • Ability to successfully work with the team members of every branch of IAC to fulfill the overall mission of IAC. • Oversee the Business Management System as it pertains to the warehouse and inventory. Company Industry: Commercial / Industrial / Electrical Job Role: Warehouse Management Joining Date: Immediately Employment Status: Full-time Employment Type: Full –time Salary Range: Negotiable Manages Others: Yes Number of Vacancies: 1 Qualifications: • College Education preferred or five (5) years commercial, industrial or electrical industry experience. • Management Experience, 3-5 years minimum. • Knowledge of warehouse operations. • Leadership experience including hiring, training, developing, and motivating employees. • Warehouse Management Systems experience preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Passion for customer service and providing quality solutions for customers both internal and external. • Proficient and comfortable working within database software such as InFor SX.e ERP, Order entry and Job Management. • Attention to details and excellent time management skills. • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate verbal and written information to appropriate stakeholders. • Excellent listening skills and willingness to ask and answer questions. Career Level: Leadership Years of Experience: 5 years of industry experience, electrical distribution experience considered a plus. Degree: Bachelor’s degree Education: College degree preferred equivalent work experience acceptable
