The properties are located all over the Tampa metro area, so your work locations will be determined based on your home base. Integrity First Maintenance is a contractor-focused platform that provides 1099 contractors with scheduled work orders based around the contractor's availability, location, and skill set. There are no fees associated with working with us. We will handle the scheduling, estimates, and invoicing. Grow your business with no advertising costs or overhead.
