We service 400,000 homes across 8 states, so the volume will be steady and consistent. The Candidates: We are currently seeking qualified, experienced contractors to take our maintenance work orders for the Apollo Beach/Ruskin area. These are NOT turns or rehabs this is all service work for single family rental homes. Experience is required in one or more of the following fields: • Landscaping • Roof Repair (1 and 2 Story) • Flooring • Fence Repairs • Drywall/Texture and Paint • Light Plumbing • Light Electric • General Home Maintenance The Pay: • Per work order and paid on a Net7 or Net30 basis. • The labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work. • We pay for all materials.
