Job Position: Vacation Rentals Housekeeper •Full time/Part times• Pay: starting $13.50-$15(pay is negotiable) New Spirit Vacation Homes is a vacation home management company that is growing all across southern California. We are looking for hardworking attention to detail housekeepers in the San Bernardino mountain area(homes in Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, and Crestline). Also looking for housekeepers in the Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage area. We manage beautiful homes and offer a fun and respectful working environment with plenty of opportunity for growth in our company. Si' se habla Espanol es bueno. We provide all materials needed for the job, we just ask that are employees are hard working, take initiative (if u see something needs to be done get er' done) have attention to detail and take pride in their work. Tell them to apply so you can work together RESPONSIBILITIES: •Clean kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom, patio areas, and spas •Wash linens in on-site washer and dryer •Vacuuming and mopping •Making sure home is "guest ready" checking if appliances work(remote controls, Wi-Fi etc. and fixing if necessary) •Clean kitchen appliances •Deep clean furniture or rugs if needed •Clean windows, dust and sanitize all surfaces •Report all maintenance issues to office staff •Stock homes with supplies QUALIFICATIONS: •A reliable car to drive to vacation homes that need to be cleaned •Experience in the cleaning department and familiar with cleaning supplies •Strong attention to detail •Positive attitude, honest,  dependable, and a team player •Take pride in your work HIRING IMMEDIATELY.
