Rehoming sweet kitty

We adopted Izumi about 4 months ago and she's the sweetest kitty I've ever met. She's a little over one year old and does really well with my other cat. She's also never bit or scratched anyone. She's vaccinated, recently dewormed, and spayed-- but has a problem with urinating outside of her litterbox. I took her to the vet today to rule out any medical issues. They did a UTI test and nothing showed up. The vet said that the reason she's urinating outside of the litterbox is probably due to stress (urinary cystitis). Although our cats get along, our other kitty is a bit rough and frequently chases her around the house. We also live in a smaller apartment and often have people over, which could also be stressing her out. She uses the litterbox most of the time, but probably has an accident about once a month. If I'm able to find a good family for her that has low stress conditions, I'm willing to part ways with her. She's an incredible cat that deserves an environment that allows her to be healthy.
