Looking for a jack or jill of all trades who needs a place to live as well. I have a two bedroom apartment opening up in Placerville. The rent is 1495 but I'm offering a 400 discount for helping me around the complex including taking care of the yards, monitoring the dumpsters, cleaning the laundry rooms, and generally being a pleasant and friendly presence on the properties. Light repairs and helping with apartment turns as well. You can figure on working about 7 hrs / week on average. If you work well with me, this position could evolve into more hours over time and training in all aspects of property management with my company. You should have good phone skills and a pleasant, friendly demeanor. The work can be shared with your family members or roommates. Sorry, no pets at this location.
