Rehoming orange cat

I need help rehoming my cat. I am relocating to South dakota in 2 weeks and the place I am moving Into doesn't accept cats. I just found out I got accepted and that was one of their rules. I'm crunched for time and can't find a different place in the area I'm moving to.I'm heartbroken. I have a cat tree, automatic littetbox and automatic feeder, a cat bed, treats and catnip bubbles. I just want to find him a good home and know he is taken care of. His name is Cashew, he is neutered and born in February 2020. It takes him a little bit to warm up. He loves walking in our backyard, sleeping, chasing flies and watching the birds.. I have 2 children and he loves his treats. I give him blue buffalo cat food..I don't want a huge rehoming fee, just something to show you will take care of him.
