Pick up handheld ladder from a customer's house

You'll meet me near the intersection of Foothill Blvd & Jimenez St in Sylmar. (I'll give you the exact meeting spot in advance, once we confirm that you are the one doing the gig.) From there, you'll walk or drive to a house that's a couple blocks away (I'll give you the address), go knock on the front door (the homeowner will be expecting you) and collect this ladder (). The ladder is compact and weighs 36 pounds, so it's easy to carry by an able-bodied person. You'll bring the ladder to me. You'll need your own transportation to come meet me. We'll meet at 8:40 am tomorrow morning (Friday July 30) and you'll be done by 9:20a. Likely this will all take less than 30 minutes. I'll pay you $10 when we meet in person just before you go to the house, and I'll pay you the remaining $30 once you deliver the ladder to me. Payments will be handed to you in cash. If you are not on time, I cannot guarantee that the gig and payment will still be available when you arrive, but as long as you are on time, I guarantee that the gig and the payment will be available.
