Looking for skilled or semi skilled labor

Myself and another contractor are looking for semi or skilled labor/assistant. We perform a variety of jobs ranging from the easy such as installing smoke alarms, swapping locks, general repairs to the larger things like wall removal and rebuild, plumbing, shower remodels. We have a ton of work, and would be great to bring another to the team. Prefer that you are tooled up and have dependable transport. What we don't want are flaky people (need to be on time and ready to go), folks with chemical dependencies (what you do at home is your business, but it seems to affect work), whiners, complainers, people who can't take responsibility, or Eeyores. Pay will be every week, and will be based on your skill level. If you know what the hell you are doing, and work well, don't worry we aren't going to offer 15 bucks an hour. We want to bring someone in within a week, so just reply here - no resume needed, just shoot over a few lines about what you know and what you have tool wise. Also, we don't care what color you are, your religion, your gender, your core belief system, hell even if if you are vegan :). We want a responsible, clean, decent worker! Thanks!
