NEED EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION WORKER TO REVAMP MY APARTMENT

I made the horrible mistake of renting a place sight unseen, and I have been paying for it all month by cleaning and gutting the entire place several times over. I have done all I can to clean the place, now I need an experienced builder/construction worker (of all types everything from drywall, to bathroom, to remodel to duct work) to help me retrofit this place slowly but surely. Starting this weekend, I will offer $200 for the day (6 hours of work total), or more depending upon your experience and skillset. This gig is ongoing and ideal for anyone looking for extra work outside of their day job with the right experience. I will pay you a MINIMUM of $100 per visit, no matter how much the work required, even if it is a mere one hour of work. There will be a lot of "quick fix it" type jobs like that, where you will make that kind of money for a few hours of on site work. One Very Important Note: I am looking for the kind of person who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. This place is really down and dirty. Obviously we'll start with the easy work, but I would like to get into the tougher stuff soon. Looking forward to helping anyone out who can help me make this place livable. Thank you, Clay
