Isabel just turned 4 years old in July. She is a registered Shih Tzu and is about 10 pounds. We bought her from a couple who could no longer keep her, but her and my dogs are not getting along. She is as sweet as honey and always wants to be on your lap. But she gets very jealous if another dog comes over to you. She would be perfect in a home where she was the only dog. She does have a reasonable adoption fee (450) considering what I paid for her. I do have the contact information for the lady that I purchased her from so I will also provide that should you have any questions if you do adopt her.
